214 Tubing As a transparent quartz material of industry standard process grade, it is economical and has all kinds of sizes. It has low hydroxyl groups and tight numerical tolerances, and has excellent appearance, temperature, and mechanical properties. Mercury lamp, quartz halogen lamp, high-performance high-temperature lamp and high-temperature thermometer, quartz waveguide, and other high heat resistance products
214LD Tubing Transparent quartz with excellent characteristics same as Type 214, but used when a larger diameter is required Used in diffusion, oxidation and LPCVD processes in the semiconductor industry
219 Tubing Transparent quartz with Titanium Dioxide added to block strong UV rays. It has the same external and numerical properties as the Type 214 and similar thermal and physical properties. Usually called sterilizing or ozoneless quartz. Sterilizing lamps and other UV lamps that require UV intrusion within the sterilization range but should avoid strong UV rays or ozone generation
224 Tubing It has excellent high viscosity and appearance standards like Type 214. It has alkali content lowered to the ppb range by a special method. Diffusion and CVD processes of high-integrated semiconductors in which alkali elements have a significant influence on the yield of chips
